About me

Hi, I’m Floralie Resa. I’m a French bisexual writer, activist, and environmental geochemist.
I write about trauma, systemic biphobia, bi women in straight relationships, lesbianism and in-group violence.

For the past few years, I’ve been working to build and support Bi+ communities in the French-speaking world.
I co-founded the Francophone Bi and Pan Network, and many new collectives in France and Belgium have used my texts as a starting point for their work.

Most of what I do is in French, but I’m now translating part of it into English so I can share it more widely and connect with other writers, researchers, and activists.

The Architecture of Biphobia

If you’re here for my essay The Architecture of Biphobia, welcome!

You can read The Architecture of Biphobia here in english, translated from the original French. Please read this bisexual-theory-baguette with a cigarette and the hatred of Macron in your heart for a true french experience. I based my essay on international bisexual data, I promise, it talks about bisexuality in general, not only french-bisexuality (which consists of cheating your husband with a gorgeous woman in the Tour Eiffel elevator).
